PLEASE Consider Making a Charitable Donation to RVPC
Your donation helps Pony Club provide an instructional program of horse management and riding, while offering our members opportunities to develop leadership skills, character, confidence and work as a team with others and their horses and ponies.
The United States Pony Clubs, Inc. is a 501(c)3 organization, and all donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
As an all volunteer local organization, River Valley Pony Club's instruction and educational programs are self funded through fundraisers, monitory donations and time volunteered from parents, local instructors, trainers, and facilities. Our goal is to promote the development of future 'horsemen & horsewomen'. The defined progression of knowledge through the tested certification levels of pony club ensures the demonstrable skills are honed through practice in both horse management and their chosen riding discipline.
This path demands a commitment from each member in time, effort, and focus not often seen in other horse related pursuits. Their level of achievement is tested to the pony club standard, not against the others in the field. Members develop skills at their own pace. As this thirst for knowledge of the horse appeals to many, it is the dedicated who thrive. Our goal is to minimize the inherent cost related to any equine pursuit which may inhibit the most motivated horse enthusiast in their equestrian journey.
